Personal usage
Please note that the base prices are for personal uses only. For personal art clients, you are allowed to eternally use this art for roleplaying, profile pictures, or reposting on social media as long as you credit me (@ToroRabbit) as the artist. You may not remove my watermark or otherwise claim to have drawn it by yourself or anyone else.I will also have the right as the artist to use the art I have done for you in my personal portfolio and repost it on social media. If for any reason you don’t want me to do so, please discuss it with me.Clients do not have the rights to mint my art as NFTs on any platform or resell my work unless specified in written contract.I do NOT consent to any of my artworks being used as a "reference" for A.I generated pieces.
Commercial usage
Commercial prices are for projects that are publicized or monetized, and are handled on a case-by-case basis.◆Price for usage on Youtube, Twitch, Vtuber/Live2D or published materials
(ex: Youtube video art, Twitch waiting screen, video games, book covers, TTRPGs etc)
= base price x1.5-2.5Please inform me during the first discussion stage if you plan to use the art for commercial purposes, so we can discuss the price or royalty plans. If you fail to inform me, I have the right to withhold your commission until the commercial fees are settled.
Payment Methods
Currently only accepting through PaypalYou may choose to do 100% of the full payment upfront , OR 50% upfront, remaining 50% when I show you the first sketch.Please note that you are legible for a refund of the payment if:
-I am unable to finish the commission before a pre-discussed deadline
-I cannot finish the commission for any reasons such as injury etc
-I do not finish the commission within 6 months of the paypal invoice being paid and have not contacted you about a time extensionPlease contact me if you want to request a refund, I will try my best to discuss with you so we can reach a solution that satisfies us both.
Standard Procedure
1. Concept: You tell me what you want, complete with details (ie character special traits, background specifications, colour palletes etc). Best way to compile it is in a Dropbox or Google folder~
Please also tell me if you have a deadline, otherwise I’ll assume you aren’t in a rush for the art. Waiting time can be 2-6 months depending on how long my commission queue is atm!2. Payment: I will give you a full price quotation, and will send you a Paypal invoice. You can proceed to make 100% or 50% payment as discussed.3. Sketch: I’ll go to the drawing board and draw a rough sketch depicting the poses and base colours I plan to use.4. Sketch Approval: I show you the sketch, and you tell me what changes you want to make. It’s best to make changes before I start colouring and rendering.5. Remaining Payment: If you only paid 50%, once you approve the sketch, you have 7 days to make the remaining 50% payment before we proceed. I will only proceed with the art after I have confirmed full payment.6. Rendering: I will proceed to refine the art until it’s completed. Will typically update clients every few weeks with progress shots. Clients can still make small changes at this point.7.Commission sending: After I’m done, I’ll send the finished artwork to you via your preferred method. My standard is to drop it in a Google folder and send you the link.

I Will Not Draw
◆ Furry characters (fully animal-like features)
◆ Extreme kinks (torture BDSM, necrophilia, pedophilia, beastiality, very gory stuff etc)
